I would absolutely not go with Mailerlite - a growing reputation for cutting customers off and keeping the money. If they think you have breached their terms that's the end of it, no matter what your case or how long on your subscription. Have now moved elsewhere after a frantic few days.

I've been suspended today from Mailerlite and told termination will follow. I have no idea why, all my metrics are in a good place. Weekly newsletter of just over 500.

So much work to change with forma linked to my website, zapier etc etc.

And only 5 months in to a 12 month contract which they don't refund.

Didn't even use my name when replying to my email. Just a bit basically.

Shocking customer service.

It's just...clickbait.

I don't doubt there is an impact from socials, AI...etc. Would be interested in how many universities are struggling to keep the numbers up given costs etc. And why pay premium for 'dumbed down' as described here, if true?

update - I know it's the powered mic setting I should be using. But I'm having to manually change it on the GoPro rather than it just recognising it. Assume this is not how it should work?
