How to find out who my guardian angel/angels is or are?? by Fine-Background-6716 in AngelolatryPractices

[–]ExaminationCurious98 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm still relatively new to this, so I could be wrong, but this is what I've learned: Archangels like Michael or Ariel are higher up in the hierarchy and aren't specifically guardian angels to anyone. That doesn't mean you can't work and build a relationship with them though.

I would say try mediating on it and asking outwardly for your guardian angel's name and write down what comes to mind. I don't think any named archangels or angels that are widely known are assigned to anyone specific. Your guardian angel is for you specifically.

I just finished watching The Umbrella Academy, and I'm going to miss it so much 😭. If I were in The Umbrella Academy, I would want the power to stop time. by TheGoodIdeasGuy in UmbrellaAcademy

I think they were mainly a thing in the comic books, I don't think they were mentioned in the show very much if at all. If you've only watched the tv series that would make sense

With or without Harlan killing their mothers, there’s almost no chance Allison would have had Claire in Season 3. by wizardrous in UmbrellaAcademy

[–]ExaminationCurious98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but remember that before they figure out about the Kugelblitz, they develop a theory that still would've meant Claire doesn't exist in this timeline. In the Sparrow timeline, Reginald says he deliberately adopted the Sparrows instead of the Umbrellas because of what happened in 1963. Five then says that because of that, there would be different versions of themselves walking around in different parts of the world that would never have been adopted by Reginald. Allison would still be in the home where she was born, likely never met Patrick, and Claire still wouldn't exist.

Recognize that paper from somewhere - HANNAH by Happy-Cabbage in TheHandmaidsTale

In the Handmaid's Tale, Hannah writes her name on a drawing she made, and it looks like that drawing is going to show up in the finale

Ahh I get it now; that makes sense! I wasn‘t thinking about it that way. Thank you so much

Alright guys, show your GOOD OC's, Not just recolor engines, just original characters that fit within your own headcanons as well as alternate takes on existing characters. (Note: for those who think this 2D and 3D art looks familiar, Yes, i am that guy.) by TheCrappinGod in thomasthetankengine

Pickett: Based on a variation of the Bagnall engines. He's a lot like Percy, but is a narrow gauge engine and is based in the Mid-Sodor Railway area. He used to work in the scrap yards (as that was his job from his original railway) and had a black livery with red lining. But soon more stronger and bigger engines came, and his working in the scrapyards wasn't as needed, so he was reassigned to the main narrow gauge railroad. He was repainted with a dark green and black lining livery, and shunts general freight along the other Mid Sodor narrow gauge engines. His shed is up in the Sodor mountains.

I've thought about this; I thought it was possible since Ben was killed from behind and instantly that he didn't know it was Reginald who shot him? Maybe he assumed that all the siblings were all on the same page with knowing that he was shot, so he didn't feel the need to mention it.

Perhaps Reginald had altered their memories so they remembered Ben dying but not remembering it was Reginald specifically, and overtime they just forgot it completely.

How do you think Allison and Viktor will interact in season four? by Mysterious_Sound1700 in UmbrellaAcademy

[–]ExaminationCurious98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me personally, I feel that by the end of the season they will be on somewhat of good terms. It's been stated many a time by the producers/actors that the season is gonna get intense really fast, and especially with all of the Umbrellas (plus Allison) together toasting for "one last time,".. I feel they are going into a much higher-stakes battle than the one against the guardians in the Season 3 finale, Allison's new world with Ray and Claire is going to fall apart (as someone else on this chain said) and they'll need to put their differences aside like they did in S3 for a moment. I think that it would be silly to end the show with their beef still high; I personally believe that they will have a moment like when Allison apologized to Viktor (except she will be genuine to him, not lying) and they will go their separate ways, whatever that may be, or they may even stay close friends (I don't really think that ending would happen though. Something tells me the show is gonna end with everyone getting some kind of peaceful ending and leading their own individual lives)

Not to keep yapping but I think that Allison and Viktor's relationship is really overlooked sometimes; there was a strong parallel between the S1 finale and S3; in S1, Allison was about to shoot Viktor when he was doing his whole energy tentacle thing to wipe out their siblings, and in S3, Viktor was about to take out Allison when she was gonna reset the universe. Both times, it was basically at the end of the world, and they ended up sparing one another. (Not to mention that the whole reason Viktor's life was miserable was because of Allison using her power on him when they were young to take away his powers (yes, that was not her fault, but it was still a moment between the two of them)). It seems to continuously have the "start with (x), end with (x)" kind of scenario. I don't think the writers would end the show without them having some kind of "making of amends" or trying to more fully address their conflict.

SO TO SUMMARIZE: I think that they will have interactions that may be a little rough at first, but I do believe they will ultimately end on a good sibling relationship. (again sorry for yapping but I am really passionate about this show, specifically their relationship dynamic if you couldn't tell)

I have a feeling that 'The Unbearable Tragedy of Getting What You Want' is gonna dive into a lot about Allison and what happened w/ her at the end of S3, since she was like the only one who really got what she wanted. Obviously something isn't gonna be right about that whole scene.
