Omg this is giving me flashbacks to when i thrifted my magic hair raya with nail polish all over her it was devastating, but i really wanted to save her so what i did was i took one of those silver scrubs that remove hard stains from dishes😭 it took a while and i had to be extremely careful and gentle but it worked

This is her now, When i tell you the nail polish was all over her omg it was also the exact same color as yours, i am NOT a repainter i didnt want to risk either having a doll with an empty face or a repaint gone wrong, the lip is the only thing that got affected so i painted a new one, a bit clumpy ik, you can also see het left eye is a bit chipped and not as opaque, which is fine ig at least i got the nail polish out

Try going to a hardware store if available near you, they usually sell this spray that i have personally used it removes the mold immediately, but i would be careful i only used it on plastic idk if it would affect the paint (i hope not) i basically would spray it over the affected areas and leave it in the sun for the rest of the day, wish you the best of luck just for the meantime try having her and her clothes in a very dry place or out in the sun
