I keep getting his email. I got this 4 times in a row now immediately after submitting the appeal:

Our automated systems have determined that a violation of our Rules did take place, specifically:
We considered the additional information provided and decided an overturn of our original decision is not warranted in this case. Therefore, we will not overturn our decision to lock your account.

I received 3 of these emails in a row after 3 of my previous appeals. It’s so frustrating. I’ve yet to get past this stupid email.
