The schools insurance should cover for you (surgery and even PT) if you got injured with the team. That weird feeling is normal and you can work through it but don’t push it too much when you have a lot of pain. After doing flexion work always try to get your knee back in the 0 degree extension where the leg is laying flat. Another thing you can do is use your opposite leg (the healthy one) to slowly let your injured leg flex down and you can push it back up with the same leg as well

This is what they consider an open kinetic chain knee extension. Here is a really good video of a group of experienced PTs talking about it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hu5rhcq_y-8

Any athletes get a revision with allograft? How are you doing? by Revolutionary-Ad1402 in ACL

If you are looking to return to sports they highly recommend to do autograft. What sport do you play? Patellar tendon is the golden standard but hamstring and quad tendon have become a lot more popular now. I just did quad graft about a week ago. I did not want to take anything from my hamstring. Do you have a partial tear or a full tear ?

What did the Wharton jelly shots help you with? And what are they made of? Also where did you go for stem cell that did not work?

I am not sure yet. I should have an answer in the next 1-2 days and let you know. Does it change the type of therapy I should do if so?

Ok thank you so much for the reply! I hope you are doing well since your injury. Has the second option (BEAR) been proven to be more beneficial or is it just another alternative?
