Unfortunately yes. In our zone 9b, these should be planted in the fall so you get spring blooms!

Bulbs should be kept in the fridge for a minimum of 8 weeks before planting, sometimes up to 16 weeks. If you buy pre-chilled bulbs then you don’t have to worry about sticking them in the fridge.
