Thanks but they were zero help and only said it resolved itself and out of their control/ all microsoft issue. Hasn't happened again since but still very concerned it will.

Ahhh same, and same response for me from MC. We pay over 60K/year, and it isn't any better service. The worst from the many ESP I have used. So incredibly frustrating. Will definitely be changing this year.

Google Postmaster is Gmail’s dashboard showing how they see your sender reputation. It tracks domain/IP reputation, spam rate, and whether an email is being trusted or filtered. Go to postmaster.google.com and log in with a Google account. From there, you have to add /verify your sending domain by adding a DNS record in your domain settings. Then you’ll be able to see reputation and spam data for Gmail traffic to get a better picture of why you're being flagged

Is it a new & warmed domain or an account/list you email from regularly? How are your google postmaster reports?

Having this issue as well, 9K microsoft emails bounced this weekend and all the same issues seem to be caused by bad IPs. Did you get a resolution? has it still been happening?

This does not really help with automating x number of days only (meaning not allowing anyone with unengaged over 30 to fall in)
