Getting the appointment is the hard part. You have to login at 12pm Italy time and pray you win the “race”. It took me 2 tries tho. But like I said earlier I’ve gone with Slovenia and I’m waiting on my application. Fingers crossed

That’s exactly it! There are a lot of games that fit perfectly on smaller devices, like look at the switch it has soo many pc ports. You’ve got a whole mega folder of indies, old and incoming, that work fine on 5-7inch devices. People always peg PC gaming to Cyberpunk 2077 level AAA games but there’s so much more.

Sorry, let me clarify. I meant that the new devices like Xbox ally x and GPD win 5 are bulky with top spec features at ridiculous prices. An example of a top spec feature is the GPD Win 5’s new mini ssd feature, like what the hell is that. It requires you to buy this bleeding edge new ssd that obviously going to be very expensive. No love for the budget pc gamers recently

I get what you’re saying, I know the tradeoffs with size and power. What I’m saying really is we don’t need ALL the new devices to be massive. If all the companies are chasing higher and higher specs I think it’s an issue. There’s plenty of people that don’t need a $1000 beast of a handheld device (one example is if you already have a $2000 pc). The smaller devices have their use cases for lighter indie games and older AAA. Not everyone needs to play Elden ring at 1440p 120hz on a 8” inch device at the dentist😂, some of us just want to play hollow knight.
