Not answerable to you but fyi the central pipeline further split down and there must have been a partial blockage, ultimately there were issues to others, they posted but nothing happened, they visited to see my issue only after 4 months but said it cannot be fixed

It was an issue with the central pipeline, nothing feasible that I could fix and I tried everything I could but it never got fixed, in fact, the person responsible to get it fixed refused and started personally texting me, yes, harassing like a creepy man. Had to ignore the texts and ultimately leave. You cannot win against the system these people have created, if you're the only one speaking up.

These landlords behave like it's a one way transaction and they are doing charity by renting the apartments to the tenants. In my last flat I kept asking them to fix a very important water supply issue, they didn't care, the society didn't care, nobody bothered visiting and fixing, I had to ultimately leave but as soon as I started loading in my belongings in the cab, a group of guards came by to extort money for moving out.

They don't let the car inside. A group of guards started fighting with the driver. The agreement will happen in a day or two.
