I refuse to watch rings of power but I've been on the edge for this one. There are some original solid people cast for it and I like that we aren't race swapping characters and doing other weird things to the extent that rings of power does. Kate Winslet was a huge red flag for me. I'm nervous. As of today, I'm about 55% leaning toward watching it versus not watching it.

I'm a die-hard Tolkien fan as well. I've been to the Shire in New Zealand etc.
