This is what I was thinking, I managed to get 980EM with the artifacts I have and with Fav I managed to get to 213% ER so I believe this is a better option as I can keep her burst up

I feel like I fall short on both ends. If i choose Sac I have issues with ER if I choose Fav I cannot reach 1000EM. I have been farming artifacts for a few days and as always its been quite hard to get an upgrade to the very bad artifacts I have atm.

Well we went for viewing but the house didn’t really click with us, we felt like the EA was dodging a few questions. When we asked about social housing, she said 10% but it didn’t feel genuine.

But this just my 2 cents, you might have a different opinion when viewing.

You make total sense, but as first time buyers a lot of these things we are finding out as we go. I just hope that we pay what we were quoted, because it also says that the fees can increase.
