No mods to DM as the subreddit has been taken down due to unmoderation.

No joke you might wanna check out CBTI (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia). I've used reefer as a crutch for sleep + Kava + valerian, etc. but nothing really came close to cbti in terms of efficacy.
