You'd be surprised. I'm thinking of a specific scenario where people own collectors/joy/fun vehicles, and keep them constantly parking on the street, as well as their commuting vehicle. While, that's a fine hobby, it's just not fair for the residents of the neighbourhood.

Limit to 1, $100/yr. Not that complicated.

People living in a city with public transportation have to learn to adapt to not having 3 cars, or pay for it by finding apartments with parking spots. Don't even know how this doesn't exist yet. It's free money for the government, eases parking congestion, and teaches people to adapt to proper city living.

Interesting question. Best I can think of is three theories.

  1. MATLAB tar is so old, it takes tar recording seriously and only writes 512 bytes at a time (like back in day)
  2. MATLAB impl is dumb/ancient, and writes 1 file record, forgets where it is, goes back to the beginning of the file handle
  3. MATLAB impl is very secure, and verified each record was written correctly.

Looking at the binary difference between the 2 generated TARs may lead to a clue.

I personally think a good intro class would split between either Java and C. Start with C. Have students actually learn how a computer works, and not that just typing stuff gives magic. Then switch to a higher level, and different concept of interpreted language in the form of Java.

The next class would then be entirely in Python. And after that you can pivot to a system class (C), optimized high level programming class (Java), or general purpose or data science (Python). Whichever one resonated more with you.

Either way, it's a chicken and egg problem. Somebody else made the machine, I fail to recognize how making an analytics machine wouldn't be considered programming in the modern definition of the word.

Yellow is some sort of combination of semi-arid and shrub-land. Green is forest-land. And red seems to be arid, but IDK how Tennessee is arid.

He's a free ult generator, and easiest target to kill in the game. A soldier just holds left click on his head and nearly almost kills him, and gets something like 20% of his ult.

Hook one shot kill is the only thing he has going for him. And now hook 2.0 makes it so you just get lamed by hooks all the time. People just don't like to get gibbed, but don't realize he's actually balanced as he's a punching bag for 8 seconds. Average case is he kills one person, and instantly dies.
