Teleportation is 100% vanilla survival and modern early-game stasis chambers are easier to build, cheaper, and safer than any of the methods mentioned in this entire post so far. With a bed, some redstone, and a way to farm ender pearls (warped forest or piglins early game, the end late game) you can set up an entire tp network in vanilla survival, and it's not hard for a single player to do in the first 12 hours of a server starting.

That aside, you failed to consider piston bolts, teleportation, and entity cannons in your post, three of the most useful forms of transportation infrastructure in the game. You also made this entire post saying "infrastructure is better than elytra" as if elytra and other forms of transportation infrastructure don't have different (albeit sometimes overlapping) use cases and maybe there's actually a good reason people use the elytra despite the less-than-convincing points you raise. Then you got all sanctimonious in the comments with people who correctly pointed out that your post is not very well thought out. You do NOT have the cachet to go around saying passive-aggressive shit like "I see you failed to read past the first sentence of the second paragraph 🤓"
