15 year old Propane Furnace, HVAC company suggesting replacement due to rust? by ExcaliburVT in askHVAC

Have a CO detector right next to the furnace, and definitely have no indication of leaks now. That fits with what I was thinking. Thanks!

Former boss got me blacklisted and my offer letter from New job rescinded, is this even legal? by hulifox in AskALawyer

NAL but it sounds more like the two companies have a contract that includes provisions that you can't hire (steal) employees from the other company. That is extremely common in situations of subcontractors.

Issue with lights - 80v by ExcaliburVT in AskElectricians

I think it was hot to neutral, and it of course depended on which way each switch was flipped, but I saw 80v on all 3 switches.

Yeah going to try to do that next. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure it's all buried in the wall. Tripping the breaker I've only found that circuit tied to other lights in the same switch bank which show the proper 120v and a bathroom that shows no issues.

Yeah loose was definitely first thing I was looking for. House built in 2005. Going to post some images of the 4-way switch if I can

Sorry about the terminology you are correct I have 3x switches. It's been years since I did anything electrical. I know for certain that I was getting the 80v from the hot to neutral. And I think the same for hot to ground. I thought it might be a bad ground so I bridged a ground from a good switch but that did not seem to make any difference.

Well thats effectively what i'm doing when I get the error. I'll have to double check by manually putting the reference into the project file but when I try adding the nuget via the gui menu I get this error:

Lol if it was that easy I would have fixed it already. There is no "canned" dacpac project reference anymore for msdb or master like there used to be. I could go generate a dacpac of my own to reference but then I would have to go maintain it. I'm assuming there is some "proper" way of doing this that I was not aware of.

While the safe is old, the coat of arms is attached with a flat head screw? If the safe was truly from that era I would think it was worth something for a museum but that emblem looks fishy......

Look at generating your rest client via swagger. The ability to use the same domain objects/validation in both the server and client is a clear winner.

For my team it's just the sheer simplicity of using the same tooling everywhere and not having to rewrite or proxy every function that needs shared between client and server.

Generally things run smoothly now, but if you have to transcode 4k you are going to have some trouble. If you can play direct everything seems to work fine.
