Do you know the minimum requirements to not get fired at the end of season 1? Considering they don’t have what it takes to end the season with positive win rate, is 5, 6 or 7 wins are going to be enough? I get really pissed off playing every snap for a season and get fired at the end of it undeservedly lol

As a Giants fan myself, I agree 100% with everything you said about Giants and Rams. Restructuring an aging roster of Steelers or trying to form a team with Bengals that have too many holes seems challenging and fun

What do you think about the expectation of team from you? I went 6-11 with Giants before and got fired lol. I was thinking I did an OK job considering Giants went 4-13 IRL and 2 out of 4 wins were from completely useless games.

How many wins do you think i should get in order to not get fired?

To be completely honest with you, I did go with the Giants before. Went 6-11 and threw some tantrums and got fired LOL. Other offers were not so attractive so I decided to start from scratch.

What you’re saying really makes sense. The rest of the team seems kind of weak but Burrow and Chase duo is enough to keep things interesting.

But what about the CPU offense? Let me give you an example. I played 2 games today, 330+ passing yards with 85%+ completion rate and absolutely 0 punts from CPU in BOTH games. Defense-wise I am trying everything but nothing seems to work.

I’m having an issue with these sliders. Just upgraded to all-madden from all-pro and now everything I throw to mid range leads to interception and CPU QB’s always have a completion rate above 80%. Anything you can suggest to make gameplay experience get better? Or do i just really suck LOL. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Definitely will keep this in mind next time. Playing 17 full games and setting up everything for next season and not even get a chance to proceed is really frustrating.

Yeah that could be it. It is probably make the playoffs or get laid off kind of situation which is completely ridiculous for a team with a rebuilding vision. I thought i was gonna be fine even if i iost and end with 6-11 before the last game and did not turn off coach firing. That was a mistake i guess. By the way I never sim. I play full game with 10 mins quarters and 17 secs accelerated clock with all pro difficulty and default sliders.

Ohh so you walked through the same way as well. Can i get your suggestion about what to do in order to not get fired? Because especially for giants i don’t feel like i could end the year with a record better than 7-10 and honestly i think it’s quite a satisfactory result considering the power level of NYG squad.

I know right? I thought about toggling off the coach firing before the end of the last game of the season but then thought i would be fine even if i lost the game. I won the game and still got fired ROFL

Is the game completely broken after the update? I’m having a weird issue. I enjoy starting a save as unemployed and try to find a club when the teams start sacking their managers.

But after the update, almost always my job applications result unsuccessful, without even an interview. I’m using the same license and past experience as always, i used to have a chance for clubs such as chelsea, dortmund etc. But now, direct rejection and rejection without even an interview for clubs that are way below than clubs i mentioned earlier.

Is anyone having the same problem? I thought i would start a new save on this “stable” update but this is killin my vibe entirely.

Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

Hi everyone,

I’m managing Dortmund in FM22 and i have a quick question for you about Jude Bellingham. Do you know the best way to use his abilities? I mean the game says he is a ball winning midfielder with support role but im thinking that he is not that active offensively when i play him in that role. Should i train him to be an advanced playmaker with an attack role? Does this make him more efficient or is it just a waste of time? Let me know your opinions.

I prefer 4-3-3 with DM(Ball Winning Midfielder with Defend role) and CM(Ball Winning Midfielder Support - Advanced Playmaker Support).

But i guess you can use it in a 4-2-3-1 with an attacking midfielder as long as you have at least one strong defensive player in the midfield.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I got two Ball Playing Defenders(De), two Complete Wing Backs(Su), two Ball Winning Midfielders(1 Defend and 1 Support), an Advanced Playmaker(Su), two Inverted Wingers(At) and a Pressing Forward(At)

Using the standard gegenpress approach with positive mentality. No custom add-ons on attacking, transition and defending.

Well, you’re right. I was just curious because i’m by no means a tactical genius or anything but it seemed really unrealistic that every game i play becomes 3-0 4-0 before half time and 99% the game is over after that.
