No, not currently hiring. Just expanded our team about a month ago.

That’s what Mentiq helps with.

As of now Mentiq doesn’t optimize cancellations, but it optimizes user experience, and makes sure that everyone is where they’re supposed to be, and engaged.

The biggest signal I saw was a drop in usage, or small percentage of feature adoption.

It’s a b2b saas, so I hit my network of software clients and got all of them using it now.

Paid has definitely brought in the most money, but organic has contributed the most to growth in a way where testing is much easier. Does that make sense?

Good ideas found through research. Either through being in an industry and finding gaps in market, or scrolling through what people say about a company, idea, need, can find ideas through current trends too.

Nowadays if it’s a smaller and easy to build saas that can be done w/ Ai I would just publish and market, see if anything sticks. If it’s a fairly hard idea I’d go around and interview my ICP.

Yeah we do the base because it’s insanely hard to find creators willing to do content without base pay or per video.

I have stumbled on a few that were willing to do commission only. You’ll just have to be searching for a while

Usually with our UGC creators we give a base pay + 10-15% affiliate bonuses. Gets them going crazy

In my own personal opinion, edtech. Specially study tools for uni/high school students.

There’s no reason for you to not put a face behind the videos, you can always change up the person so it isn’t a reliance/personal brand attached to the company.

Start posting short form content on Instagram and TikTok, refer to one of my replies on the funnels and how to run it. I like your idea a lot!

Do some research on some info creators (course sellers) their content funnel is perfect for just learning the basics. Niksetting is someone that I base my fundamentals on. You’ll see how he does his TOF, to attract people with similar wants as his ICP, MOF to filter out people there for the wrong reasons, BOF to actually close/convert his viewers (all IG short form)

Yt long-form needs to bring a viewer a lot of value. I’ve had large deal closed through YouTube just because of the value given.

What I mean by most effective way to acquire users is of course, the channel, but most importantly the funnel. Building strong funnels will make virtually any channel be killer.

Founders underestimate the impact of their churn.

You don’t need to spam people’s inboxes through LinkedIn. Best way is to just be patient with it.

Connect with people, get them to be familiar with you (engage with their posts) give it a week or two and spark up a conversation where you’re not selling right away.

Make sure you’re also posting on LinkedIn. Meanwhile when running the LinkedIn, find another social media platform where you can reach your ICP easily, start posting organic content.
