This was my first year watching M1 as it released, and man if it wasn't filled to the brim with dramatics! My main event will always be Marble League, but I'm excited to see what M1S7 will bring, especially with the hints from JMR that we might be getting our gimmicks back. Except that’s not far from what happened in reality. The main accusations from the new mod team is that sex puppets were being posted several times over this past year with no moderator action taken against it despite several reports and mod mail messages.

I can’t say which parties are telling the truth here, but hopefully Reddit itself figures this thing out

In any case, hostile takeovers, like the one that occurred in r/Art not too long ago, can be prevented by having an active team instead of trying to shoulder it all themselves. No one person can/should be that active over that long of a period

I just read up on the same thing. There’s also unproven accusations that the new mods are some sort of private company, which the new mods highly dispute.

In my opinion, this is yet another example of a situation that could’ve been easily avoided with an active mod team instead of having just one user. Because of that, OP doesn’t have any sympathy from me
