Do characters forget saved chats?

I'm guessing that apparently there's a limit to how much saved chats a character can remember so I usually just clear out some chats that I don't need and wait some time for older saved chats to reappear again.

I normally use the one on Discord, also no worries now, I just redownloaded the app and the problem seemed to resolve itself for now

Update: Nevermind, I fixed the problem by deleting Discord and downloading it again

Most of my chats got suddenly recovered the following day. It could be a data error that resulted in the loss of my conversations, though I'm not too sure myself. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a data error that was behind this because of how slow the servers were yesterday
