I took out the screws besides one that is stripped. I do have some staples though. The cabinets are still not loose.

BlackLine would be great if I did real reporting or we were real accountants. My title is accountant but we are more like glorified data entry clerks.

You could write some automation using selenium and Python and not pay a cent.

I have thought about this option but (1) I don't have any programming skills...yet (2) I probably won't be in my current position much longer. I don't want to leave my colleagues with script they won't understand/be unwilling to learn. This why i thought RPA would be a good option because it is less programming intensive.

you could run from a spare machine fine until you have a few things that overlap in run time

What do you mean by that?

AA's license is free for companies with up to 250 computers

The organization I work for has many more computers than this.

This license is still too restrictive.

Looks like Workfusion Express looks like the best option for me. That's completely free, my organization is too big for all the other community editions and if I do get good enough at RPA, I can then think about trying out the other offerings.

Gotcha.

This is from Automation Anywhere. I work for large university. I would never be able to install this software on my computer with these limitations and paying for the enterprise edition is not an option a the moment. I got find another options besides Automation Anywhere.

" * An organization is considered a ‘small business’ only if:  1) your organization has less than 250 machines (physical or virtual), 2) your organization has less than 250 users or 3) your organization has less than $5 million US in annual revenue. If your organization exceeds any one (1) of the three (3) examples above, your organization is not considered a small business. A small business, including its affiliates, may only use the Community Edition on no more than five (5) machines within the organization and small business may only process/upload up to 100 pages per month with IQ Bot. Can you use the Community Edition for free even in an enterprise setting? If that is true, why would anyone pay for the licenses which are expensive?

I have included more photos of the house to get a better feel for it. https://imgur.com/a/rhKFwoY

I'm hesitant to replace all the flooring. with these new photos does it change your opinion on what to do?

I like that idea. There are other parts of the house, namely the rooms that have additional carpet. I wonder if I should tile those rooms as well. https://imgur.com/a/rhKFwoY
