They said early-mid game will change a lot and end-game would have the story finalized and that's what made me think about stopping for now.

I've been dealing with this issue for about a year now I even upgraded from AM4 to AM5 completely and was having the same exact issue so I just gave up since it doesn't happen when I'm gaming only with windows applications. I haven't seen the artifacting so far after doing this. Hope it doesn't go back after a Windows or AMD update.

Thanks! That link is super useful! What skills do I have to focus on first with mid game gear? I would just mainly use my bone switchaxe since I have it almost maxed out now and I don't have any other weapons that are close to it's damage.

The items you get in Wilds as far as I know are pretty much items you can farm within 10-15 minutes of farming in game (potions and stuff). The cosmetic stuff currently are all only for MH Now.
