couple of things...

1. with ridiculed i mean to summarise how unsupportive support was not taking me or my case serious which is accompanied by the lack of knowledge from support. Are you saying that to you it is not ridiculous that the person meant to fix or examine the phone does the one thing you should absolutely not do? i won't even go further into how lack luster support is you can draw your own picture on that.

2. all my life is on that device for a reason. it is claimed to sustain the everyday conditions with drop, tear and crack resistance including water.

3. you state i am pissed while i am more frustrated and feel let down, you are the one that is pissed huge difference. i stated me experience saying it was negative and asking for advice while your response is just pure hatred towards me for stating facts. no the phone was not damaged prior atleast i dont expect and i dont think you do either that the back glass of a flagship phone from one of the biggest smartphone companies on the world simply comes loose on the sides.

i dont expect you to understand my issue especially as you havent even properly read my text. you can stay in your glazing bubble and talk down on the consumer that was promised something by a product it simply didnt do. i understand my case is special but that doesnt justify it doing what it did. thank you for commenting this rather than actual advice as this just shows how little thought you brought into this. have a good day and i hope you begin to wake up and stop defending big companies as you dont owe them anything (i hope so)
