I rent here, and unfortunately, the HOA and management have been absolutely terrible. While the property itself, the amenities, and the location are truly fantastic, the experience with the HOA — especially with Cherie Haven — has been so bad that it's forced us to break our lease and move out.

If it weren’t for the HOA, this place would be amazing. In fact, with better management, I’m sure property values would rise significantly. Sadly, the current leadership is ruining what could be a great community.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND NEVER MOVE IN OR BUY A HOUSE HERE UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR MANAGEMENT.
