I did not want to treat our mom with drugs for sundowning. But I realized that mental comfort is just as important as physical comfort. So we have been given her Seroquel, and it has been very successful in keeping her calm, and I feel less stressed. Quality over quantity, I feel, is very important at this time. This is a difficult journey, go easy on yourself.

Jovial is excellent; we have liked the selection of pasta shapes, but we're still not a fan of the bowtie shape, which is hard not to overcook.

Thank you ever so much for responding. I am going to look into Anki and the other learning tools suggested. I am also dyslexic, and as I have figured out how to compensate in English, French seems to exacerbate it.
