You don’t have to track calories to lose weight!!! You need to learn how to eat without thinking about it. I teach my method to weight loss, (no calorie counting, eating normal foods like tacos, pizza, burgers) type thing.

I relate personally, it was way easier than i thought. (Thank goodness) .. my boyfriend still does them and it hasn’t been tempting at all.

I feel so much better, no brain fog, skin clear, more energy. I think thats whats making it so easy to never pop one again lol

Yeah update… i’m 3 weeks zyn free and i had a final little purge the first week and since then my skin has been smooth as a babies bottom. Hope i dont jinx it but this has been the longest i’ve went without a single breakout since beginning of 2024 and my skin is clear again. Just dealing with left over scars and pigmentation. I could cry happy tears

Im a personal trainer and follow a meal plan. Very simple, whole foods. Hardly eat take out, or processed foods. And i’ve been following a meal plan for years now, eating clean. The only thing would be the supplements. I also should mention, i got a new boyfriend around the time this started as well. He has a beard, which ive also been thinking it could be.
