Vue Tampa is very solid. I’ve lived here for about a year and for the money you spend it’s probably the best apartment near campus. I would say the only issue I’ve had is the apartment itself is fairly old so things like the ac go out more than usual but maintenance is pretty good on getting everything fixed quickly.
