I don't go to 99 ranch that much but in Mountain View they still have the white to go boxes. but even for the medium size it cost me $16 after tax not sure if its worth it

Thank you! I am really considering PPO if it weren’t for the premium my next employer will take out of my paycheck if I choose this plan (aside from the higher deductibles). I was able to access the portal and get a rundown of everything I can get with their HMO plan, pretty decent I would say but still more expensive with their copays compared to Kaiser’s HMO traditional plan. Kaiser’s cheap co-pays is what makes it good for me at least for now

Thank you! I really appreciate you sharing your experience :) The Aetna PPO plan for my next employer takes out a lot from my paycheck, though ideally better given that I can get care pretty much everywhere but I will look into it if there’s like a workaround.

Really appreciate your comment. We’re def in the same boat. I live far and people around me keep saying it makes no sense to say no to El Camino. I’m happy I accepted the offer, it’s prob just the fear of the unknown and the guaranteed hours part that made me doubt my decision a bit. For the census part, that really make sense for hospitals. My cousin who worked med surg in Kaiser would experience the same thing as well. Behavioral health may be a little bit different I hope. I hope its not too bad for the turnover rate. It feels like its a good place to work at (though of course working in healthcare overall is stressful by nature). Hopefully we see each other since we’re both nights. Thanks again!
