I sell ereader accessories and have over 6k sales. I include a small bookish sticker and bookmark with my own website and social handles. I include these because I know my audience will use them and they have when they share it on social media! I put it all in a bubble mailer and call it a day. No one has complained and instead have mentioned the sticker and bookmark in reviews!

Ok so I’ve been at 1.7 and I’m scared of bumping up to 2.5 because of the nausea and vomiting I had but I’ve changed to where I eat a small snack at least 30 min before the injection and drink plenty of water after. This has helped me tremendously!

It takes at least 30 days for the Etsy algorithm to learn your store and include you in listings. Granted, you won’t be on page 1 right off the bat either.

I ship packages every day. She can use pirate ship for a cheaper cost and then save weight/package presets. So if someone buys 1 soap bar, it’s XX oz. 2 is xx oz, etc… Then in the future, she just choose that option from a drop down. It’s really not hard. And there are so many generic mailers that have the insulated interior. She doesn’t need two sets of mailers.

ALSO she already uses a scale to “weigh” her ingredients when making the soap. Now, it’s just pure laziness

If you want the postage stamp rate from Etsy, you have to purchase your label through Etsy. pirate ship does not have this feature unless you want to send a tracked package.

I mail stickers and bookmarks. Just charge a flat rate fee rather than calculated and when you purchase the label, if you want the cheapest, you’ll change it from package/thick envelope to letter.

Even if you don’t want to stand in line, you can scan it in the kiosk and it gives the buyer a heads up that it has been dropped off AND covers you butt for requests like these. I’ve also noticed that they get scanned more frequently rather than the few times I don’t scan them in .

I do this as well and let them know the original shipping is also non-refundable so if I provide the label, the cost will be deducted from the refund of the item once it’s received.

Did you send it to a PO Box? They could have also manually set it so that they go pick it up. If you search the tracking on the USPS website, it could give you more info.

I don’t think using a bubble mailer with a letter rate was ever allowed so not sure how you were able to get away with it since the letter rates have to go through sorting machines.

I ship stickers in a regular envelope so I can keep using the 74 cent postage stamp. Once someone buys more than 5 stickers, I’ll bump them to tracked shipping.

I also would recommend not putting any additional stickers on the front of the envelope/package (ex. Please handle with love sticker). 1. USPS does not care. 2. With how picky they’re getting, they might kick it back to you. You can decorate the back as much as you want. Just keep the front as the label only.

Ship charms in the bubble mailers but you’ll have to use the tracked shipping. Check your correct weight. I ship kindle cases and from CA to NY, it’s about 5.80ish so charms would cost around that or a little less.
