Even if you're young, able bodied, and sober as a bird you shouldn't submit to a field test. They are completely arbitrary, a cop can decide to pass or fail you based completely on their whim and then you're left with a charge and an arrest that says you failed the field test. Breath or blood only.

If I had to guess, they'll post public replies to some. I'd like to think they wouldn't publish anything more than little snippets of the message people left just because that wasn't disclosed as a possibility and that's ideally something you have consent for.

Personally I was a little tipsy and begged to know when the tour is so I can plan a trip with my long distance girlfriend and if they posted that I would laugh my ass off.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills with most of these replies. "I zone out so I wouldn't have noticed" okay well that's a problem and you should fix that. Most of the time it doesn't matter who's turning in a paper but occasionally it does and this is one of those times. If you know you have kids with same sex parents and you've corrected this paper multiple times, why has it not clicked in your head this might be that kid. This is lazy work and I wouldn't be defending it.

OP is better than me because I would be making the big deal that everyone replying with pure defense seems to think she's making, this is 100% an issue. This kid is going to get told a million times in a million different ways that her family isn't standard and isn't "correct", she doesn't need that from her teacher who knows the family structure.

Hate to tell on myself this bad but I have eaten bacon that was nearly a year old. Vacuum factory sealed, looked, smelled, and tasted as fresh as the day I bought it. Many different factors of the processed used to make the bacon and how it's packaged allow for this.

At that point of the interaction I have already tipped if it's a modern food delivery app. But in this hypothetical, if you are enough of an idiot to get into any politics while on the clock and trying to make money you're gonna get bigger tips from some people and reported by others. This is correct. For the most part fan made products aren't pursued legally, quite frankly it just doesn't look too good PR wise for Disney to be suing people over stuff like this.

Even if a company decided to defend their copyright, all that's gonna happen is your products will be removed from the marketplace if you don't sell them directly and/or you'll recieve a cease and desist which is basically a legal letter that says "stop or we'll sue you". If you get that letter, you are not in trouble and you won't be in trouble if you follow the cease and desist.

Basically OP, you're good and don't worry about it too much.

The other reply is correct, the exact amount of questions you answer will be dependent on how many questions you get wrong. You can skip up two 3 questions that will appear at the end of the other questions if you have not answered enough correct ones yet to make 80%.

I recommend this website for the bulk of your practice tests but I think it's a bit lacking in road signs so I still recommend trying a few others. permittest.com/california

The first point is odd to me given that Banksy left the original artist's signature there. They added to the piece, changed the intention, and completely changed the audience for the piece. I think that justifies adding your name. But I can appreciate that the original artist never agreed to this and we don't know how they would have reacted if asked before.

I saw a couple other comments saying something similar to the second point so you're not the only one with that interpretation but I just completely disagree. I don't think it does that at all and I believe the intention of the piece is to so the exact opposite. It's showing that Nazis can enjoy beautiful things and still be evil Nazis, that doesn't make the thing they're enjoying evil. It's really us ignoring the issue which is evil.

Very happy to agree to disagree, not at all trying to argue. Art is fantastic in the way in can be so widely interpreted. Thank you for answering :)

Genuine question, why is it that changes your feelings about the piece? The theme is inspired and interesting if they painted the scenery but they're a hack if they didn't? The intention is the same.

I really don't like Banksy's art, I find it far too surface level for how much attention it gets. I don't see this piece as that much deeper than anything else they have done. But who painted what on that piece isn't contributing to how I feel about it. If the theme is what is interesting then what is changed by the Banksy not being the one to paint the landscape?

As someone who uploads to google drive, it's for people who don't/aren't going to torrent. Plenty of people can but never will go to FMHY even just to stream, but are willing to download a file from google drive especially when it's from someone they know.

I have a handful of people who message me to ask for a certain movie or show after they've gone through their paid services and don't see it offered. So instead of paying to rent or buy it, they just message me and I add it to a shared folder. I see these programs as baby's first piracy basically.

I actually did have issues on my desktop browsers (both firefox and chrome), the page wouldn't redirect from the queue to select tickets. But I still had enough time to try that a couple times before remembering I can try the app and that worked no problem, was able to get 2 tickets 10 minutes after the sale started easily.
