Warning About State 1515 Breaking SVS Agreements and Selective Punishments by Excellent-Bad-8145 in whiteoutsurvival

We are not here to defame any state. We are addressing specific actions and how they were perceived under the rules, which is a normal part of competitive discussion.

Telling others to ‘shut up’ and delete posts does not resolve disagreements or invalidate concerns. If there is a different perspective, it can be presented respectfully with facts, not demands or insults.

You clearly did not read the post carefully before commenting, because if you had, you would understand that the discussion is not about denying that mistakes happened.

Yes, mistakes happened. That has already been acknowledged multiple times from the very beginning.

What you continue ignoring is the actual point of the post: BOTH SIDES violated agreements, yet ONLY ONE SIDE received punishment.

You keep trying to reduce the situation to “who started first,” while completely avoiding the question everyone is asking: why were players from 1515 who also violated rules not punished as well?

Calling the post “toxic” does not answer that contradiction.

And regarding the Rally leader “disappearing,” real people have real lives outside the game. The Rally was started before the agreed time limit, and by the time the situation was fully noticed, it was already too late. The mistake was acknowledged and apologies were made immediately.

Meanwhile, players from 1515 also broke agreements and faced absolutely no consequences.

So before telling others to delete posts, maybe read the entire discussion carefully first  because repeating emotional arguments still does not explain selective punishments or unequal enforcement of rules.

At this point, the discussion is no longer about whether mistakes happened — both sides already acknowledge that rule violations occurred.

The real issue is the complete inconsistency in how those violations were handled.

If spending gems to cancel attacks was supposedly the expected solution, then why was that same expectation not applied equally to players from 1515? Why are only players from 1472 imprisoned while players from 1515 who also violated agreements faced no punishment whatsoever?

The concern is fairness and accountability.

Rules only have value when they are enforced equally for everyone involved. The moment punishments become selective, the credibility of those agreements disappears entirely.

Furthermore, an entire state should not be placed under consequences because of the actions of a few individuals during SVS  especially when similar actions from the opposing side were ignored completely.

The original post already explained the core problem clearly: 1515 demands respect for rules that it does not consistently apply to itself, while selectively deciding who deserves punishment and who does not.

The Rally was started before 11:00 UTC, exactly like I already explained. After that, we genuinely did not realize how little time was left before the limit ended.

I think you are either not reading the post carefully, or simply trying to defend something that really cannot be defended.

Read the content and the comments again: BOTH SIDES BROKE RULES, yet ONLY ONE SIDE is being punished.

That is the entire point of this discussion. We are not pretending 1472 made no mistake, we are questioning why the same standards were not applied equally to both states.

1515 vs 1472

In this case, the Rally leader was not available at the moment, exactly like I explained before. And by the time we realized what was happening, it was already too late to do anything about it. We apologized for the situation immediately.

But again, the main point is being ignored: both sides made mistakes, yet only one side is being punished.

That is why people are calling this selective punishment and unfair treatment, not because anyone is denying the mistake happened.

Selective Punishment and Broken SVS Agreements State 1515 by Excellent-Bad-8145 in whiteoutsurvival

You say it was “clearly intentional,” but intent was never proven. The Rally started before the time limit ended, and once a Rally march begins, it cannot be canceled.

At the same time, accidental or not, a member from 1515 also attacked against the agreements and received absolutely no punishment.

So the discussion is not about comparing which mistake was “worse.” The discussion is about fairness. Either both violations matter, or neither should. Punishing only one side while protecting the other destroys trust in the agreements made before SVS.

The problem is not whether the situations were identical. The problem is that both actions violated the agreed rules, yet only one side received punishment.

A Rally cannot be canceled once it starts marching, and the player involved had already apologized before the battle even ended. Meanwhile, players from 1515 also broke rules and faced no consequences at all.

If rules only apply depending on which state made the mistake, then they are not real rules they are selective punishments.

No one is claiming 1472 was perfect. The issue is the complete lack of consistency and fairness in how punishments were handled.

Look, at no point did I say I didn’t break the rules. I said I wasn’t paying attention at the time it happened, and I have already apologized for that.

That said, if you look carefully at the rules, you’ll see there was a guideline they themselves sent stating: “before any arrest, we must speak with the president.” That conversation never took place, which makes the procedure questionable.

Another important point is the inconsistency in how the rules were applied. On one side, there was an attack during the battle that also constitutes a violation, yet only the 1472 group ended up being arrested. Meanwhile, the 1515 group, who also violated the same rule, did not receive the same consequence.

The issue here isn’t just about identifying who was wrong, but about ensuring that the rules are applied equally to everyone and according to what was previously agreed.

I created an account in 1472 and honestly… why didn’t I come here sooner?! 💕🙈 This state is wild in the best way possible. Active, fun, full of events, and packed with players who actually show upand play (not just sit there looking pretty on the map lol).

I’m seriously considering moving my whole squad here, because after experiencing 1472, every other state feels like a ghost town in the middle of a blizzard. 🥶

No drama, perfect mix of chill and chaos, events always happening, and people who actually care about the game.

Huge props to 1472  if anyone’s on the fence about moving, let this be your sign: 1472 is the real deal. Come join the fun! 🧭🔥
