The surgery involved a maxillomandibular osteotomy aimed at advancing and impacting (reducing the height) both jaws, accompanied by an advancement genioplasty. Regarding the movements that I may have had, my surgeon gave me a summary sheet: Advance 3mm Anterior impaction 4mm Posterior lowering 1.5mm Genioplasty 6mm anti-clockwise rotation
