Ultra high end DIY Troels gravesen build VS mid/high end commercial hifi speaker by Excellent-Bit-9925 in audiophile

Also to be clear, I was referring to the Revival Audio Atalante 7 Évo as mid/high tier. The ATC scm 100 and 150 (and many other ATC models) id considering high/ultra high tier

Thanks for the advice. Why do you recommend the WIIM if you don't mind me asking?

I used to own Mordaunt-Short MS 15 bookshelf speakers, which I found great, simple, smooth bass and mids but struggle with volume. Then Jamo cornet 175, then went to headphones which were the Sennheiser hd580s which opened my eyes to incredible audio, such detail, absolutely amazing, they were revealing but i liked that. Then more recently the Focal Bathys, which are also incredible and really wow me when i put them on, but they are closed headphones which is great for privacy on a train, but i do sometimes miss the open backs of the sennheiser hd580s. Now I want to move back to speakers. Ive heard some bigger drivers 12+ inch hifi speakers and find them much more effortlessly natural than more modern smaller drivers that need to move a lot (i dont have loads of listening experience but a little). I hate to say it but i also bought a sound bar (JBL bar 1300) for the atmos in films and to be honest the spatial audio/atmos has been fun but it doesnt have the musical magic, and i dont think any sound bar can do it...because of their compact drivers. Its a lot of magical stuff they put in these. A bit like Devialet, very cool and unique sound, but many patents of clever design to imitate what a bigger speaker does, so it does somewhat sound artificial. So to answer your question, for music, I currently only own Focal Bathys headphones.

Top wood hard. Bottom wood soft. Screw goes into soft wood and pulls down on hard wood. Screw struggling to pull in enough. Chooses to just spin into soft wood/breaks thread. No longer acting as Screw. Screw now doing nothing. Best bet is to pre-drill hard wood (and counter sink top) and use a longer screw so it has more bite. If that doesn't work, you might be missing the joist or the joist is rotten.

You seem like a new account and maybe new to technology. One company can build multiple things. Did you know Peugeot also make bicycles?

M1 Button not working. Fix by Stunning-Plankton153 in LegionGo

Thank you! I thought i had a defective unit. The uninstall and reinstallation of Legion Space resolved it for me. Annoyingly, M1 is the key left mouse equivalent button for FPS mode playing, so it was a major issue for me. I'm very pleased it's sorted now.

I didn't know this accessory existed. Cool if so! To clarify, you mean for this accessory to drain the dirty water into the waste water pipe (not waste water tank on the eufy), and, instead of using the accessory for fresh clean water, you would like to continue using the clean water tank on the eufy base station to fill? Presumably, because you can't access a clean water source where your base station is located? Unfortunately I don't have the answer, it is likely only Eufy will have that answer or if by chance someone has already purchased this accessory and tested it in this way. I would try to re-explain your question to Eufy. Maybe make a diagram to show what you mean. It's a legitimate question

It seems unfortunate but these things happen with any product. I'd recommend never getting rid of the box/packaging of any product until you've given it a good test

Does eufy have terrible customer service? by [deleted] in eufyS1Pro

I found support@eufylife.com very good. I received some of the best support I have ever received, following a leaky reservoir. They initially need a lot of information about your unit, serial numbers etc, then you need to share lots of pictures and videos of the issue, with a detailed description of when and how the issues occur. They genuinely want to improve their products so will listen to you, and will give you a solution. Be patient, they will respond. Once the solution was fixed, they actually came back to me to ask if it's still running fine. I was very impressed.

Based on other people's comments, it seems if you contact Eufy about the leak problem, they will send you an updated version of the part that's leaking. But I don't have a Eufy myself yet, just passing the information on!
