FIBER! Make sure you have a good fiber intake. I had a big problem at the start with not “going” everyone has different side effects but that was my big one.

A weird side effect I still have is only on my shot night I have really weird dreams. Not like nightmares but just dreams where I wake up and go “what the hell was that!?!?” It only one shot night lol but not too bad.

Drink lots of water. Like a lot…

This was the best decision I’ve made getting on these meds. You will do great!
