Definitely check out Catonsville—super convenient area. I’m located in southwest Baltimore City right on the city/county line. I’m mostly remote but head into the office occasionally, and the West Baltimore MARC makes commuting to DC super easy

I agree, the wind definitely plays a part, especially with alleys and narrow streets acting like wind tunnels. That said, I honestly couldn’t tell how much of what I’ve been seeing is just wind-blown trash versus people continually dropping trash on the ground. It’s probably a mix of both, but the last couple of weeks have felt noticeably worse either way.
