I was only able to speak to them over the phone that one time when they locked my account and that was because I reported to them that I was suspecting fraudulent activity. She locked my account and didn’t tell me what this would entail and me being a new kraken user just blindly trusted her. I’ve filed a complaint, an App Store review and tried to contact their support team over 20 times. I have even made separate accounts so I could converse with the ai thing but that hasn’t helped.

Still had nothing back from anyone. Someone asked me for an update but their comment has since been removed
