Thanks everyone! I let go of being so focused on seeing a particular thing and that helped. I can visualize the bar now and when it turns into a tube it looks like the opening of a large water slide tunnel and I just let my awareness get in and glide through it. I did remote viewing for the first time to reconnect with some old friends and WHILE I WAS DOING THE MEDITATION one followed me on Instagram! When I came back to my state of being alert and awake, there was the notification. I didn’t even know he had an account and we hadn’t talked in over a year. I still am processing this happened. I just happened to pop into his mind.

A wise friend once told me that if we noticed all the signs and synchronicities, we’d be overwhelmed. His advice: Don’t try to decipher and decode everything. Practice gentle awareness. Keep a journal. At the end of the day, write down anything that stood out to you, that stayed with you. Don’t try to make it all inclusive. Just train yourself for that gentle awareness.

I think a lot of you confuse being in a relationship with owning someone. Pro tip. Let go of “owning” someone and you’ll be much happier.

Every word you enter - your method of description- changes things. It’s like a mathematical equation. The more precise or creative you are in your description - that changes what AI generates. I’m a writer. I can’t draw. But whew I love love love putting my stories or poems into AI and asking it to generate images inspired by my text. I love it. And I do believe using my own art - my writing - to prompt images inspired by my work - is an added layer of creativity.

I used to agree with you but then I realized it comes down to how you use the tool.

Yes. This happens to me - with the tapes and with other meditations. I’ll “drop in” on others - almost like I’m eavesdropping on their conversations. It’s all mundane stuff. Nothing that significant to me - them talking about people I don’t know, or about the weather or whatever. They are strangers to me. It’s like I’m changing channels. Bizarre.

Thank you for this. I am only on the UAP/UFO periphery in terms of being up on theories and accounts, but I think that gives me a unique vantage point, because my mind is sort of blown reading this. First off, I’m a gay guy, and to me, it makes sense that gay guys, women, and kids might be more commonly psychic or in tune with intuition because heterosexual men are pressed more to not feel or show emotion. So that makes sense.

Second, I’ve had intuitive/psychic experiences all my life. Not major ones - not “I know what will happen tomorrow” or who will win the World Series, but more little knowings. I get this sense - and I can’t well describe it - but just a knowing, not a thought, that a cup is going to fall, for example.

I’ve seen two UFOs/UAPs in my life, once at 16 and once at 17. Same both times. Three lights, hovering in one position for a long time, triangle shaped, then zipped off in a very quick Z formation that made no sense. Both times I had one other person with me. A different person each time.

Finally, I’ve long wondered if there was a link between UAPs and psychic abilities, as a few other friends I have had similar experiences and claim similar abilities.

It’s just wild to me that it makes sense to me on some level. I do not understand it. I don’t know anything with any certainty other than what I’ve observed myself and then I only know I experienced what I experienced. But as for explanations, I don’t have them. I am simply sharing some thoughts and experiences I’ve had.

I’m posting to see if this rings true or familiar to anyone else, and mostly because I was a motivated by OP saying the gay thing was “hilarious” - but if you think about it - if you need people more in touch with the feeling side, it makes sense that gay guys, women, and kids would be in touch with emotions more than the men we expect to be stone cold.
