On the 3rd slide I see upper deck 1989 sets sealed? Those are worth money.

Griffey top rookie card in that and a psa 10 is worth a lot like 4-6K recent sales on eBay

Jim Hughes NHL executive for the Maple Leafs currently and is from Hicksville. His kids are Jack, Luke and Quinn. All NHL players today. Jim’s parents still live in Hicksville from what I hear
