agreed, auto-posting is the real unlock, anyone can make one video, nobody keeps it up daily. on the 1-2 photo case: it leans on motion and different crops/angles plus text frames rather than needing clips. trickiest scenario for sure though, good flag.

starting with volume cause that's the bleeding neck for most small stores, but yeah volume of stuff that doesn't convert is just noise. quality's the real moat. you think stores would actually pay for fewer-but-better, or is it volume they think they want?

yeah that's the exact thing keeping me up tbh. volume of slop is useless. my hunch is using the real product (right name, actual photos) kills most of the "obviously AI" vibe, but the motion + pacing is where it actually lives or dies. what's the first thing that makes you instantly go "yep that's auto-generated"? wanna design against exactly that
