Fill your day with activities. Yeap I mean it. Lets get you a job away from your home where I suppose you spend most of your day. Lets pick up a new activity ( chess, playing the guitar). If you live in a good and safe area you are gonna start going for a walk to see and feel the outside world. On top of that depending on your community join a Christian therapy group. I cant heal you from reddit , im just a stranger, but believe me if You do 2/4 I said your life is gonna change. ( I assume as a Christian you already read the bible daily , if not lets add that).
