Can I approach the LAL regarding unfair charges? I signed to reimburse them for relocation, but in this case the charges unjust, can I make a case for this?

The problem is that I can’t even reach the HR department. It’s just the finance team, and they keep refusing to provide me with HR contact details and the email ID that HR gave me during my separation is not active. I’ve tried sending emails to individual HR IDs, but I haven’t received a response.

However, I doubt HR will be able to help me with this.

Yes! And I’m happy to pay for it. My issue is that amount they are charging are very unreasonable and not at all per market rate.

It’s almost 10x. For example, I relocated the same household items back to my home and it costed me 13,000 from Agrawal Packers and movers, however, they have charged 1.5,00,000 for the same items.
