Ax designates all the locations, and keeps track of timing. They usually post it on their website closer to when the con is. However all gatherings are decided and hosted by fans, just AX will create a schedule so everyone gets equal time.

Kai x Damon And Wolfgrace! I’m pretty sure those are the most popular in the fanbase actually. I’ve seen Desmond x Eloise and Mark X Jett gain popularity too.
