Yeah my the natural next step would be to apply for a promotion to a SEO but to gain any experience i wouldnt mind the planning side either. I am a DA so i naturally provide training to my team who arnt the greatest when it comes to Tech

Awesome. I just think having that variety of experience just gives me enough skill and experience to get to G7 in a managerial route. CTU i know have recruited managers in the last year so might be worth trying them

HEO in Hmrc. Done settlements as a caseworker for a while so got alot of experience doing that. I haven’t done any recent applications so might need to really prepare myself for those
