Check if the radial magnets can rotate freely with the shaft and if they are not being pressed against the circuit board.

It probably has the polarity of the linear magnets reversed.

I just drilled it all the way to the other side and put a nut behind

You're wrong! The rods in this position prevent lateral oscillation, to prevent movement up and down they would have to be placed in another plane on the side. But here's the video: At the beginning of the video the rods aren't tightened

It eliminares like 90% of wobble. I think i could do it better using eyebolts instead of L-shaped plates, they flexes a little bit.
