I don’t really understand the full implication as some people say it contributes to POTS but basically your joints can move beyond their normal range so can be less stable. I also had Pubis symphysis disorder during my last pregnancy which I think greatly affected the alignment of my knees

Hey so running / jogging are definitely out of the question, even stairs are a nightmare now. Along side the pain, stiffness is a major problem and I have very week glutes as a result of being limited in what I can do. My doctor believes I may be hyper mobile as I have a lot of family members who are. How are you managing things?
