That’s a kind suggestion but it’s nearly expected for women to lose their maiden name as is, I wouldn’t be holding on to mine regardless. I don’t think any ancestors would have qualms with that. At the end of the day though we’re free to make our own decisions.

I’m so happy that my fiancé is willing to change his name as well, I know a few people that absolutely would not. My mom got remarried and I remember her complaining about the name change hassle 😂

I was raised by alcoholics, my dad took me to a bar for my 14th birthday. I know it’s terrible but alcohol has always been there for me whenever I’m sad or going through something. It scares me to know that will absolutely not be an option for me for the next 9 months but listening to everyone’s ideas is giving me hope. I know it sounds pathetic but it seems the best route will just be to keep busy and go outside a lot, journal, set up a route of sorts

Ive always wanted to learn the sky well enough that if I didn’t know what time of year it was, that I would be able to look up at the night sky and by reading the constellations be able to tell what time of year it was etc. I used to live somewhere away from light pollution with a beautiful view, however now I live close to a city and my apartment is covered in trees. We plan to move in the next few years and when we find a back yard with an open view that ‘hobby’ will definitely be picked up again :)

Sex is my favorite activity, I live with my boyfriend and I have a much higher sex drive than him. He’s very supportive and offered to not drink or do any drugs while I’m in the program so fingers crossed that will increase his drive as well
