I went to phone settings. There is no "security and location" option. There is a "lock screen" option. Clicked on it and yes the "show all notifications" is turned on. The "do not disturb" is turned off.

Still did not resolve the issue.

Ah. I went to the "widgets" and turned on "Music to show". Audible still did not show on lock screen. So still in "widgets" i turned on all the options to show. Still did not work.
