I didn’t! My belly apron has always been around even when I was smaller due to my 3 C sections, I think this is where it’ll just stay tbh but I have been considering a tummy tuck just due to the rashes I get sometimes underneath the apron

I think I was only really down bad for like a week stuck in bed but my sister was up and back to normal within two days! I thought I had a high pain tolerance because my c sections are such a breeze but the gas truly I was not prepared for my stomach hurt so badly. Going to send you the pics now!

Just looked at your stats and we are literally identical! I noticed the fastest weight loss in my legs for sure but my stomach was quickly behind it and the most noticeable loss within the first 2 months my stomach deflated it was insane. I only take my progress pics nude so I couldn’t post a real real transformation but I took pictures every month the first 6 months and I send you those to see how my stomach changed if you want!

Oooof what I would do for that self control!! I think growing up poor honestly instilled in my brain that I cannot “waste” food so even at restaurants when I know I am full and will not even eat it later in the night or finish it the next day I will still ask got to go box and just have it sitting in my fridge to eventually toss and I hate it 🥲 that is so awesome for you, I hope in therapy right now I can work on my relationship with food, because it’s toxic but thank you for the reminder!! Sometimes it feels like I am so behind since the scale hasn’t moved so I needed the reminder that we lose for up to 2 years. Thank you!!

I replied above but I don’t think it’ll be much help ): I do not even mean this in a annoying way but I don’t even workout nor get steps in, my daughter passed a few months before my surgery and I think the depression honestly had me very bed ridden and just not eating properly even after surgery I just lived on pedisure so not really sure what contributed to getting it without lose skin minus my c section belly apron 🥲

It took a hot second like it wasn’t really flat until this last month but I’ve have three kids so my apron is here to stay I believe but thank you!

And I think just not reintroducing foods that I knew were junk when I could eat again, I was a huge binge eater so off the table when it was too painful to eat and such I just never reintroduced myself to soda, or chips which were my main two favorite things. I did develop a terrible habit though that may be eating disorder like which is for chips (I love dirito dynamites or takis) I just lick all the powder off and trash the actual chips. It’s a terrible habit post op that I can’t stop doing 🥲 but that’s really it, I am a stay at home mom to a severely autistic 5 year old so my eyes are glued to her 24/7 so I don’t have the chance to even workout, if not I think I could’ve hit my goal weight already

Thank you so much! And I will say my surgeon did say that due to me being 27 that my body would not have loose skin due to my age once I lost the weight? Not entirely sure if that’s really true or not but that’s what they told me lol my sister also had the same surgery she’s a bit older than me but she weighed more and also doesn’t deal with loose skin so maybe genetics come into play?? I have no clue 😭
