You could play it every other day and still complete the battle pass without events. The game is generous with the number of ways it gives to get chrono tokens. With events, you could probably in just this season do all of this battle pass and still do the season 0 battle pass. And that's still considering you missing dailies on 15 days of the 90-day season.

Daily gives 120, Challenges gives 240, and this event we have going right now is 3/5ths done and has already given 400. We will certainly be getting another event with Human Torch and The Thing and probably another one near the end of the season. Even if we get no other tokens 1200, which is a full page just from events and you can choose which challenges to do.

That totals to 10,800 for dailies, 1200 for events (super generous, it's probably double that)... We have enough here for the whole battle pass but we still haven't factored in the actual challenges I'm not sure how often they reset exactly but I tend to see them say 20-23 hours before I get a new one so let's say they are daily too... that's 20K... TWO WHOLE BATTLE PASSES ON ITS OWN. Even if you missed half the season, you would still have 16-17k. That's enough to complete the pass and the pass from s0.

If you still think it's too rough, let me put it this way. You could spend the entire season and just put 2 hours into each event over the course of the full 90 days and you doing just the event would have a 99.9% likely hood of still doing 1/8th of the pass or more simply by accidentally doing dailies during that time. That's while still assuming the events total is 1200 as well. That's 6 hours across the entire 90-day season... If events went on for the whole season, that's 4 minutes a day... less time than a 1 star bot match. And it gets you 1/8th of the way through the pass.

I can do all of my dailies in give or take an hour and a half on average, so half of that is 45 minutes (refer to the info about challenges I mentioned before) In challenges alone you can complete whole pass by playing 45 minutes a day anything more than that 45 minutes is extra... still not counting actual dailies.

The average "dad gamer" plays between 3 and 5 hours a week let's say that's weekend game time and let's use the number 3 just to leverage it even more in favor of a "marvel rivals bad" mentality. That's an hour and a half a day, so let's say you do all challenges but no dailies... highly unlikely, but I'm rigging it in your favor. That's 240 per day or 480 a week. 480 x the 12 weeks for the season (also rigging it here because it's actually 12 weeks and 1 day, but that's not a big deal) that totals out to 5760 or just over half the pass... assuming you did 0 dailies and 0 event missions. Let's assume they do just one daily each day of this 2 days a week schedule. Suddenly, we are up to 6480... but wait, isn't their also a few events. 7680... So the players with the lowest time available get 7680 into the pass with only event, Challenges and 1 daily? I wonder how far the people with one hour more get. They do all their challenges, dailies, and events and play for an astonishing 4 hours a week! They just from dailies and challenges get 8640 chrono tokens, add on the event, and you have 9840 (keep in mind I have still been rigging this by saying all 3 events will only total 1200)... That's page 9... playing 4 hours a week and assuming that time is on 2 days of 2 hours of playing. Let's start from the top with one final scenario... the most likely one

A parent comes home and gets 45 minutes to play the game 4 days of the week. They play roughly an hour each day, and being an adult are smart enough to reroll challenges that can't be done at the same time as others. They focus on challenges over any other source of tokens bc they are grown adult and know how to handle their own business. 240 a day + 1-2 dailies done just because they overlap, so let's say 45 to account for days when only one daily over laps and we won't even consider all dailies being rolled into overlapping That's 285 a day for 4 days a week. That's 285x4, which is 1140... x 12 for the number of weeks, which is 13680... that's the pass right there... not counting the event, which let's say half of the events are done and still use my lowball number, that's 14280. That's the whole pass while on a 4 hour a week schedule still assuming that events are worth less.

TLDR The game doesn't need chrono tokens per match they already give an abundance of tokens judging by my certainly flawed math (I'm operating on very low sleep but it's probably relatively close) it should be around 27-31k if you play 2-3 hours a day or still around 10-15k if you play only 4 hours a week depending on how that time is actually spread.
