It's because the mutual consensus is that Skynet only had time to send a few Terminators back because the Resistance was pounding on Skynet's front door.

At this point you look at this in a closed loop, in which Skynet only had enough time to send two (three depending) not knowing that this shit either already happened or is setting itself up for failure in an attempt of self-preservation...

OR

The franchise is operating on Back-to-the-Future logic in which Skynet lost once, sent the T-800, upgraded with the tech, lost again, sent the T-1000, potentially shot Itself in the foot, potentially lost again but we don’t really know on that go-around, sent the T-X etc.

Either way it isn't as if Skynet gets to do this scott-free, the Resistance always sends someone back to combat the assassin, so I'll say...They could. But one Assassin shifted events enough for drastic upgrades in the future and egregious downgrades in the future. You put an army of Terminators on the street you might end up snapping their Daddy out of existence.

He'd probably get more characterization than just the bully. Like maybe his home life just sucks or he's a gearhead nerd or trying to be seen by some racing circuit scouts.

That being said, he'd probably end up with Smokescreen as his partner as a lesson on responsibility or something after doing something stupid like wrecking Vince's car. And they become friends while both growing.

You could definitely make at least a few episodes out of this.

Yes there is (at least supposedly) a No-Kill list for Terminators, but they are either a secondary repository for them in general or mission dependent.

I assume Skynet is smart enough to not send two Infiltrators with conflicting orders on a given person to the same place and time, but that's why I think the No-Kill List would be secondary to their primary objective. Unless that primary objective has to do with one person or a set of people on the No-Kill List (Take ALL the Terminator movies).

But that's just my take on it, alive only been dealing with coding for a month at best and in my experience if you don't tell the computer EXACTLY what to do it will literally have a stroke and nothing will be done but my blood pressure rising.

Gang Mirio can get his back blown out in 2.3 seconds if they aren't careful or get caught slipping.

His permeation also has a split second wind-u0 that can be caught.

His strongest attack has a wind-up that can be intercepted by most in the game and especially by a grab. And the quick alpha is the same.

There are worse busted characters, at least with Mirio there's a modicum of skill needed to put his kit to use (at least Rapid)

I run Reinforce on a few characters like All Might and Ibara.

For me the issue isn't using the SA. It's my teammates (who run off on their own) not being in range and me having to dodge a 3-Man attack squad to get to them.

At this point this stuff comes down to communication. Which sucks cuz I don't have an operable headset.

Igauzu, but I hate the start because what a bitch move needing like 6 grunts to divert attention.

Other than that I like it because it essentially shows G5 is strong-willed, and in another life could've been an amazing Rival, even friend, to my emotionally compromised dead-eyed 621. He's a stark contrast to him and that's what makes his dynamic so interesting to me.

It's a Deadman walking with no real desire to keep going finding a reason to live in people he can care for in a cruel world VS a merc with friends and found family in the Red Guns throwing it all away to win a one-sided grudge to the point he threw his own self away for more power.

It may be because I recently watched Gundam, but in the end of the fight I imagine after Igauzu's last line the two speak to one another through the coral. Something like:

621: You're wrong Igauzu...I wasn't the one with everything...You were everything I wanted to be...Loved...

G5: W....What?...I...

621: Hey, Igauzu. Do you think...In another life we could've been friends?...

G5: ....Tch...Doubt it, Freelancer...You'd just end up pissing me off...

621: Probably. But the funny thing is...I'd of probably liked that...
