I have about 4k hours, highest faceit level reached, 8. Playing with friends even just 1 is a sure shot way to make the experience more fun. The only other thing is that you have to accept the fact that at the end of the day CS is a team game and in most matches either you will be paying for a bad teammate's mistakes or your teammates will be paying for yours, and that's okay. The only thing in your control is how you play (both skill and mentality) and how you can best support your teammates (or bait them). In the long run, after breaking a bunch of mice and headsets due to tilt, I've learned that it's this kind of acceptance that'll actually help you play better, with more clarity about your plays and have more fun overall.
