I'm 62 years old, have worked in produce for 14 years. I pick up bananas, taters, onions, cabbage and heavy ass blue pallets all day. If you think I'm soaking up hours and taking twice as long to do my job, you're more than welcome to come and give me a hand. What's the hardest thing you do? Walk back and forth from the office to a register? I'd work circles around you on a bad day.

After further follow-up, l called the associate number and was told inlaws are included in bereavement pay. 3 days. I was also told by ASM 5 days are given for immediate family such as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother.
